Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

Support the law team in intellectual property operations, including patent and trademark management
Manage IP docketing systems and coordinate with in-house and outside counsel
Streamline and enhance IP processes through automation and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of IP paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate
Hands-on experience managing patent and trademark workflows
Familiarity with Computer Packages Inc. (CPI) systems or comparable IP management platforms
Proficiency with AI technology and tools
