Job Summary

To support the IP Ops team within Business Integrity Operations, the full-time temporary Intellectual Property Operations Specialist will process operational queues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process IP operations queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines
• Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis on errors, trends, and process breakdowns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation, or IP enforcement
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
• Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
