Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
• Quickly triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers
• Guide customers through findings and provide subject matter expertise

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence and the intelligence lifecycle
• Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors and forums
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
• Customer service attitude and willingness to assist customers
• Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies
