Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong ownership over customer relationships
• Triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers
• Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and provide subject matter expertise

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or intelligence analysis
• Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and dark & deep web ecosystems
• Ability to operate independently with little direction
• Demonstrated ability to document technical processes in clear language
• Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies
