Intelligence Automation Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the integration of AI tools in product development, the full-time remote Intelligence Automation Business Analyst will analyze stakeholder needs, create structured product requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams to validate AI-generated outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and convert them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using Markdown formatting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with mission requirements
• Validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness and quality, ensuring alignment with product standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in an agile software development environment
• 2+ years of experience with AI-assisted coding and product design tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into structured PRDs, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and standard Markdown or Git workflows
• Bachelor's degree
