Intelligence Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support critical operations in cybersecurity, the full-time Intelligence and Services Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the Neighborhood Keeper Trusted Adviser Program, and facilitate intelligence sharing, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-functional operational coordination across Threat Hunt, Threat Intelligence, and Services teams, designing cadences and escalation protocols
• Act as the operational coordinator during major incidents and surge events, ensuring unified response and clear ownership
• Manage the Neighborhood Keeper Trusted Adviser Program from onboarding to active partner engagement with various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence operations, security operations, program management, or a related field within cybersecurity or national security
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple technical teams during high-stakes events
• Familiarity with ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts and the threat landscape facing critical infrastructure sectors
• Experience managing external partner or stakeholder relationships in a compliance-aware context
• Process-builder mindset with the ability to create clarity out of ambiguity and build scalable systems
