Intelligent Automation Developer

Job Summary

Building and supporting technical solutions to automate high-value manual workflows, the full-time Intelligent Automation Developer will work remotely to design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across clinical, research, and business functions while collaborating with various teams to ensure secure and compliant implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent automation solutions to streamline healthcare operations
• Integrate automation solutions with EHRs and enterprise applications while ensuring compliance with HIPAA
• Monitor and optimize production automations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; experience may substitute for education
• 3+ years of experience in process automation, software engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with automation, software, and AI solutions in regulated environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft AI and Automation Platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Azure AI)
• Programming experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
