Intelligent Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise automation initiatives, the contract Intelligent Automation Engineer will work remotely to design, build, and integrate automation solutions focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with security and change management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs
• Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies
• Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
• Working knowledge of process engineering software systems
