Intelligent Automation Manager
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Intelligent Automation Manager will identify, design, and deliver scalable automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assess business processes and define solution requirements while leading the design, development, and optimization of automation initiatives
- Serve as the primary technical expert for the Automation & AI function, partnering with operational teams to implement workflow automation and AI technologies
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements throughout the solution architecture, development, and deployment processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, software development, or AI solution delivery
- Proficiency with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and providing technical leadership
- Strong business process analysis and improvement skills
