Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Digital Support Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer will design, build, and iterate technology solutions that improve workflows for Customer Technical Success teams, working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and develop pilot-ready automation solutions
• Rapidly create proof of concepts to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback and success criteria
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and build lightweight internal tools, ensuring maintainability and scalability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building automation, integration, or AI-assisted workflow solutions
• Proven ability to design and deliver intelligent automation tools or workflow solutions that provide measurable business value
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud automations and integrating data through APIs
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript and workflow orchestration platforms
• Understanding of API design patterns, data security, and enterprise governance
