Inter Enterprise Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic applications, the full-time remote Inter Enterprise Application Analyst will evaluate project requests, manage project plans, and provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for assigned systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of projects related to Epic applications
• Prepare detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and scope while escalating issues as needed
• Monitor and resolve heat tickets, coordinating software and hardware repairs and maintaining documentation for system procedures

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of work-related experience, including project management experience with similar systems
• A four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Certification in relevant Infor systems may be required based on the specific applications supported
• Competency in software used in the role must be demonstrated within 90 days of employment
• Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applications applicable to the role
