Interactive Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving high-visibility interactive initiatives, the contract Interactive Project Manager will take full operational ownership of end-to-end digital campaigns while working remotely and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect comprehensive project schedules and technical scopes of work for complex digital campaigns
• Facilitate status reviews and risk-mitigation strategies to maintain transparent communication among partners
• Direct asset management and compliance processes to ensure accurate and regulated asset deployment

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of interactive project management experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Expertise with digital routing tools (e.g., ProofHQ/Workfront) and compliance workflows (e.g., Veeva/MLR)
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary creative and development teams for complex initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
