Job Summary
Interconnection Manager, responsible for managing utility-scale solar and energy storage projects through the generator interconnection process, ensuring timely application preparation and execution, in a full-time salaried role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the interconnection study process, tracking deadlines and coordinating stakeholder inputs
- Support LGIA negotiation and execution while maintaining interconnection records
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders and assist in commercial activities related to interconnections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in the power generation industry, with at least 3 years supporting transmission-level interconnections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software
- Demonstrated knowledge of generator interconnection processes in U.S. energy markets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate project records
