Interconnection Process Associate

Job Summary

To support the utility interconnection application and incentive process for solar and battery storage projects, the full-time Interconnection Process Associate will manage communications with utility partners, track application milestones, and maintain accurate project data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and streamline communication processes with utility partners and internal teams
• Submit interconnection applications, track milestones, and manage application records across multiple projects
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and finance teams to ensure project timelines and statuses are accurately reported

Required qualifications

• Experience in electrical infrastructure engineering or related fields
• Proficiency in data management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
• Understanding of utility coordination and interconnection processes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
