Interconnection Services Manager

Job Summary

Managing the generator interconnection application process, the full-time Manager, Interconnection Services will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless interconnections in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the generator interconnection application process, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines
• Coordinate with ISO/RTOs, developers, and utility companies to optimize the interconnection process
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in generator interconnection processes and regulatory compliance (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of transmission planning and NERC reliability standards
• Proficiency with industry analytical tools such as PSS/E and PSLF
• Management experience in a related role (1+ years preferred)
