Job Summary
Interconnection Strategy Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading analysis and strategic positioning related to generator interconnection policy and reforms across U.S. power markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze interconnection reform developments across U.S. power markets
- Track and participate in RTO/ISO stakeholder processes related to interconnection and transmission planning
- Develop internal positions and recommendations on proposed interconnection and market reforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in energy regulation, economics, engineering, or related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in energy regulation, power markets, or interconnection-related reforms and strategy
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. RTO/ISO structures and interconnection processes
- Proven experience analyzing regulatory reforms and developing positions
- Ability to synthesize complex regulatory material into actionable insights
