Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interface Analyst responsible for the development, implementation, and support of interfaces between client applications and customer applications or Client Lab Systems to Client Laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform research and testing to ensure interfaces conform to Client HL7 standards
• Design and oversee interface implementation project plans, providing project status updates
• Educate stakeholders on EMR/LIS-Interface benefits and limitations during implementation

Required Qualifications

• HL7 (Health Level 7) implementation experience required
• EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and LIS (Lab Information System) software experience required
• Interface project implementation experience required
• Interface project go-live experience required
• Interface project testing experience preferred/helpful
