Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interface Analyst responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of interfaces in client/server and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and test unidirectional and bi-directional interfaces for customers
• Resolve and test Level 2 customer issues for active production interfaces
• Document issues and propose resolutions to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university preferred
• 1-2 years of experience installing and testing HL7 interface applications
• Familiarity with SQL and ETL processes
• Knowledge of HL7 format specifications from v2.3.1 and above
• Experience with software tools such as Salesforce and Jira
