Interface Design Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the UX/UI strategy for an enterprise ecommerce design system, the full-time remote Interface Design Web II will build scalable and accessible design frameworks while collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Build scalable, accessible, and consistent design frameworks that support multiple brands and digital experiences
• Partner with Engineering and stakeholders to align design strategy, implementation, and adoption
• Evaluate emerging design trends and lead design reviews to promote design excellence across teams

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product, UX, or UI Design experience
• 3+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise design systems
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable area of specialty
• Advanced Figma skills, including components and design tokens
• Deep understanding of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design
