Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interface Specialist to manage and optimize carrier downloads within AMS360.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain carrier downloads into AMS360 to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage data conversions and reconcile information between carriers and AMS360
Monitor download logs, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues to maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
Minimum 3 years of hands-on AMS360 experience
Strong understanding of policy downloads and data mapping
Experience collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders
