Interface Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interface Support Analyst to support a healthcare data and HIE organization focused on secure clinical data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production data feeds and interface systems
• Provide first-level support for interface alerts, issues, and inquiries
• Troubleshoot HL7 and FHIR interface issues and coordinate resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of healthcare IT or interface support experience
• Knowledge of HL7 v2, CCDA, and FHIR standards
• Experience with Mirth Connect, XML, and JavaScript preferred
