Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

• Manage the monthly close process and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee billing, financial reporting, and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards
• Provide financial guidance to program leaders and support audit preparation

Qualifications:

• Hands-on and detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
• Ability to translate financial information for non-financial staff
• Experience with accounting software and payroll systems
• Prior experience in nonprofit accounting and audit preparation preferred
