Interim Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Manager to lead a small team and manage AP functions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts payable team and oversee all GL subledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage travel and expense oversight and ensure accurate AP reporting
• Report directly to the Controller and coordinate with other finance functions

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with a proven track record in a corporate A/P function
• Experience with large accounting systems/software, specifically Lawson
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and LOOKUPs
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a 3-month contract
