Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim CEO to provide administrative oversight and leadership in accordance with the hospital's governing board.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short and long-range administrative and financial plans in alignment with hospital goals
• Oversee department heads and maintain administrative responsibility for physicians, ensuring compliance with governing board authority
• Act as a liaison among the governing board, medical staff, and hospital departments to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS/BA in a related field or relevant experience is required; Master's degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hospital administration and the healthcare field
• Refined managerial skills
• Minimal travel requirements
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds
