Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim / Part-Time CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare for future financing events and ensure data rooms and reporting standards are due diligence ready
• Build dynamic forecasting models and scenarios to stress-test strategies for product innovation and capital efficiency
• Act as a strategic partner for enterprise sales, optimizing cash flow and long-term customer value through complex agreements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in late-stage scaleups with a strong background in fundraising and financial due diligence
• Ability to architect complex financial models and understand B2B SaaS metrics
• Experience preparing organizations for public markets or strategic M&A
• Deep knowledge of German GAAP and US SaaS reporting standards
• Proven ability to operate strategically while also being hands-on in financial operations
