Interim CFO

Job Summary

To support a global leadership advisory and data analytics firm, the contract Interim CFO will take full ownership of the Finance and Accounting function, establish an FP&A framework, and lead a finance team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, utilizing a Servant Leadership mindset to support the business
• Rebuild the Finance and Accounting function by implementing processes, conducting team assessments, and enforcing internal controls
• Establish the FP&A function from scratch, managing budgets, forecasts, and creating reliable dashboard reporting

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of CFO experience, with 5+ years in Private Equity
• Proven track record of building scalable Finance & Accounting functions in similar-sized companies
• CPA with Public Accounting experience and current knowledge of GAAP
• Experience overseeing Workday implementation and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
