Interim CFO (Fractional)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim CFO (Fractional) for a fully remote consulting engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the accounting function to ensure continuity of operations
• Review and approve monthly financial statements and statutory reporting obligations
• Evaluate banking partners and identify process improvements in financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong insurance finance background with statutory accounting and regulatory compliance experience
• Prior experience in a larger, structured insurance environment (preferred)
• Availability to commit to approximately 40-60 hours per month
• Strong leadership and oversight skills during transition periods
• CPA or CMA designation (preferred)
