Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Commissions Consultant to support sales compensation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations across multiple teams
- Maintain and update compensation workbooks tied to quota attainment and variable compensation plans
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies related to sales performance and payouts
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or sales finance with business partnering exposure
- Prior experience supporting sales compensation or variable commission plans
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, multi-source datasets
- Willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
