Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Commissions Consultant to support sales compensation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations across multiple teams
  • Maintain and update compensation workbooks tied to quota attainment and variable compensation plans
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies related to sales performance and payouts
Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or sales finance with business partnering exposure
  • Prior experience supporting sales compensation or variable commission plans
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, multi-source datasets
  • Willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment
