Interim Construction Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Construction Controller to support a construction client during a transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team through month-end close processes, including intercompany, cash, AR, AP, and reconciliations
• Manage all aspects of monthly close, payroll, fixed assets, tax, WIP, and financial statement preparation
• Provide hands-on support in project and cost accounting/reporting

Required Qualifications

• Construction accounting experience, including % of Completion and WIP
• Experience leading a mid-size organization ($50M-$100M), preferably in a Private Equity backed environment
• Adept in managing project and cost accounting/reporting
• Must be readily available and able to commit to a 3-month duration
