Interim Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and redline NDAs and commercial supplier contracts related to procurement
• Advise the sourcing team on commercial and contractual risks to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Manage contract negotiation and administration, engaging with suppliers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts management or commercial contracting (7-10+ years preferred)
• Strong background in negotiating and managing commercial agreements and NDAs
• Experience supporting sourcing or supply chain teams in contract negotiations
• Solid understanding of commercial risk management and negotiation strategy
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of contracts effectively
