Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Controller with P&C insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations
• Oversee consolidations and ensure compliance with GAAP and financial reporting
• Lead a team of 7 individuals and assist in redesigning financial processes and automation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial and accounting experience
• Experience in insurance or financial services organizations
• Expertise in month-end close, statutory accounting, and ASC 740 or ASC 606 regulations
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience overseeing accounting staff
