Interim Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an interim Controller for a 6-month remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow analysis and risk management
• Supervise payroll processes, including equity awards and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and treasury management
• Proven experience working in a public company environment, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and SEC reporting requirements
• Familiarity with equity accounting and payroll management
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
