Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize online sales channels during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates
• Oversee ticketing platform operations for events, ensuring accurate setup, smooth transactions, and timely reporting
• Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems
• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, UX, and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
