Job Summary
Leading workplace relations initiatives, the interim Employee Relations Director will manage complex employee matters, guide compliance-sensitive decisions, and strengthen HR practices across multiple locations in a fully remote, long-term contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Advise managers and HR partners on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and resolution strategies
- Conduct and oversee sensitive investigations involving employee complaints and compliance issues
- Collaborate with leadership to promote fair application of labor and employment practices across multiple sites
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR leadership
- Demonstrated success in handling employee relations investigations
- Strong knowledge of labor law and EEOC compliance practices
- Experience supporting multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms, including Workday HRIS and Dayforce
