Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as an Executive Director
• Minimum two years experience working with Indigenous Elders or Native-led projects
• Demonstrated ability to provide organizational leadership that honors Indigenous and Western worldviews
• Demonstrated capacity to lead a remote team, while being self-directed and flexible
• Align with the mission and vision of the organization
