Interim Finance Director

Job Summary

To support a healthcare organization, the interim full-time Director of Finance will manage month-end reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance projections in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end review processes, including journal entry reviews and operational finance projections
• Conduct budgeting, variance analysis, and revenue reporting while coordinating with field leaders
• Prepare monthly operations reports and provide ad hoc reporting as needed

Required qualifications

• 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital or physician care environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Strong expertise in Excel, including Pivots, LOOKUPS, and queries
• Must be readily available and able to commit to a 6-month contract
