Job Summary
Providing executive leadership during a period of organizational transformation, the Interim Global Talent Acquisition Director will oversee global recruiting operations, ensure continuity of services, and drive enterprise hiring initiatives while working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Talent Acquisition organization
- Partner with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational priorities
- Evaluate current Talent Acquisition processes and identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience, including global recruiting organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading Talent Acquisition teams through organizational change
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and compliance with employment laws
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution
