Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Human Resources Manager for temporary coverage from June through November 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employment lifecycle processes, and employee relations
- Support recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires globally
- Coordinate internal HR communications and lead various HR initiatives during the leave period
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with progressive growth and responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or equivalent experience
- Proven success working remotely and across global, culturally diverse teams
- Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact organizations is preferred
- Experience overseeing global mobility and visa application processes is strongly preferred
