Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Human Resources Manager for temporary coverage from June through November 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employment lifecycle processes, and employee relations
  • Support recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires globally
  • Coordinate internal HR communications and lead various HR initiatives during the leave period
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with progressive growth and responsibility
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or equivalent experience
  • Proven success working remotely and across global, culturally diverse teams
  • Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact organizations is preferred
  • Experience overseeing global mobility and visa application processes is strongly preferred
