Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Payroll and Accounting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple regions and ensure accuracy of payroll reports
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and vendor inquiries
- Assist with audit requests and improve accounting processes and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting support experience, particularly in AP and payroll
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
