Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Payroll and Accounting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for multiple regions and ensure accuracy of payroll reports
  • Manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and vendor inquiries
  • Assist with audit requests and improve accounting processes and controls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting support experience, particularly in AP and payroll
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
