Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day payroll operations for a large multi-state organization
• Ensure accurate and timely processing across multiple payroll cycles and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll reporting, compliance, and support audits

Required Qualifications

• Eight or more years of payroll experience
• Five or more years of payroll leadership or management experience
• Experience supporting high volume multi-state payroll environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and controls
