Key Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership and transformation team with process optimization for Oracle Fusion go-live
• Collaborate with the technical project team to provide expertise and drive payroll improvements
• Serve as a consultative support layer in payroll compliance, processing, and reporting during transformation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience
• Proven experience leading payroll in an enterprise organization
• Experience supporting transformations and special projects
• Ability to commit to a 6-month contract
• Preference for candidates available in EST/CST time zones
