Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to support their team by managing their US payroll function, end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Prepare reports, tax filings, and correspondence for compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in the validation of payroll requirements and configuration
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 5 years' experience in US payroll processing for a company of 500-1000 salaried employees
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll rules and processing
- Experience running bi-monthly payroll cycles for up to 800 salaried employees across 20 states
- ADP WFN experience required
