Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for a biweekly pay schedule across multiple states using Workday
  • Collaborate with ADP Workforce Now for tax payments, filings, and audits
  • Administer payroll tax accounts and ensure compliance across 46 states and Washington, D.C
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multi-state payroll processes
  • Proven ability to manage payroll for large employee groups, preferably over 500 individuals
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and manual tax filings
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Workday and ADP Workforce Now systems
