Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Project Manager, Sports Marketing & Industry Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Minnesota Timberwolves and manage client entertainment logistics
• Support activation of sponsorship assets and coordinate logistics for key industry events
• Assist in budget tracking and ensure execution of contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in executive administration, marketing, project management, or sponsorships
• Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
• Experience with client-facing roles and event management
• Flexible availability to support events and activations, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently and maintain momentum across initiatives
