A company is looking for an Interim Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts for entry-level customer service positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews
• Schedule and conduct professional interviews, making hire recommendations
• Respond to candidate inquiries and manage the hiring process efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Prior contract completion for temporary assignments is a plus
• College degree or some college completed
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (CEF C1 level or above)
