Job Summary

Directing the operational, financial, and personnel activities of the Patient Accounts department, the temporary Interim Revenue Cycle Executive Director will engage multiple disciplines to achieve performance targets and optimize service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships and processes to maximize results and promote stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate financial reporting activities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Direct department functions including billing, collections, and insurance operations while identifying areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of third-party payor regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to develop long-range strategies for access planning and management
• Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting collaboration
• Knowledge of financial reporting and billing practices in healthcare settings
