Job Summary

Interim Sales Compensation Analyst, seeking an experienced professional for a temporary role focused on administering and optimizing sales compensation programs, ensuring accurate commission calculations and maintaining system integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales compensation activities in Xactly to ensure accurate and timely processes
  • Prepare and process monthly and quarterly incentive calculations, confirming payout accuracy
  • Perform financial and variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in compensation data
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Xactly (Incent and/or Analytics) is required
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is preferred
