Interim Sales Tax Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting multi-state Sales & Use Tax compliance, the remote Interim Sales & Use Tax Consultant will prepare and file tax returns, review General Ledger activity, and assist in implementing a new tax automation platform over a 3-6 month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Review and analyze General Ledger activity within NetSuite
• Support the implementation of the new Sales & Use Tax automation platform, Anrok

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales & Use Tax experience
• Experience managing Sales & Use Tax filings across 25+ states
• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience
• Experience reconciling tax accounts and working with General Ledger data
• Ability to work independently and quickly integrate into the accounting team
