Interim Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a healthcare client, the contract-to-hire Interim Senior Accountant will manage multiple sets of financials across 1-3 healthcare facilities, focusing on month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, and revenue reporting in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes for multiple healthcare facilities
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare KPI reporting
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience in a multi-site healthcare organization
• At least 4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with multi-site financial reporting and cash management
• Proficiency in large/enterprise ERP systems, preferably Oracle
