Interim Senior AP Specialist

Job Summary

To assist through a period of transition involving a system conversion and accounting clean-up, the fully remote Interim Senior AP Specialist will manage the full cycle AP process, process a high volume of weekly invoices, and ensure proper GL coding and payment.

Key responsibilities

• Ownership of the full cycle AP process for assigned tasks
• Processing a high volume of weekly invoices for proper GL coding and payment
• Matching invoices to POs or Requisitions and following up on discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1+ year of direct, recent experience using NetSuite
• 1+ years of recent experience working in a fully remote, high volume environment
• Experience in the healthcare provider or services industry, or within complex manufacturing or software/technology environments
• Intermediate Excel skills
